The minimum order quantity varies depending on the product and packaging type. For most spices, the MOQ is typically around 100 kilograms, while for tea, it may start from 50 kilograms. However, we are flexible and willing to discuss specific requirements to accommodate the needs of both small and large buyers.
We have a robust logistics network to ensure timely delivery of our products worldwide. Our team handles all aspects of shipping, including export documentation, customs clearance, and compliance with international shipping regulations. We offer multiple shipping options, such as air freight for urgent deliveries and sea freight for larger orders, ensuring cost-effective and reliable service.
We offer flexible payment terms to accommodate our clients’ needs. Typically, we require a 50% deposit upon order confirmation, with the remaining balance due before shipment. We accept various payment methods, including bank transfers (TT) and Letters of Credit (L/C). For long-term clients, we may discuss customized payment terms.
